1968 Meyers Manx Fire Red

Santa’s sleigh needs a new home! We acquired this beautiful Fire Red Meyers Manx in 2023. It was built in 2019 with the body purchased from Bruce and Winnie and mounted to a modified 1968 Volkswagen Beetle chassis, and power is supplied by a 2.2-liter flat-four mated to a four-speed manual transaxle. Additional features include a chrome roll hoop, a tonneau-style decklid, Tri-Mil Sidewinder exhaust assembly, electronic ignition system, dual EMPI carburetors, chrome headlight housings, LED taillights, staggered-width 15″ slotted wheels (with Hancook Kinergy ST tires at 175/65 in front and 275/60 in rear), four-wheel disc brakes, independent rear suspension, PRP heated seats, Coco floor mats, EMPI trigger-style shifter and MPI suede wrapped steering wheel. The floor pan and outer support rails were replaced at the time of the chassis modifications, and the chassis was subsequently powder-coated.

The Meyers Manx Certificate of Authenticity lists the Registry Authentication Number 874 (see pic).

Since our acquisition, our shop has inspected it, made a few nice improvements and we’ve driven it about 100 miles. Looking for a new home for one of the cleanest buggies you’ll ever see!
